Another Bad case of Steve Barasch in San Luis Obispo
Here is yet another case for Steve trying to build onto a residence so that it can occupy 8 adults. Luckily, the city denied him again so that 8 people could not be subject to his antics.
Steve's "Day Job"
When Steve isn't terrorizing his tenants or making up lies, his day job is spent at his own architecture firm - Barasch Architects & Associates. Although they lack the know-how to make a Web site their information can be found here (http://www.manta.com/c/mmfv30v/barasch-architects-assoc).
I would hate to here what his employees think of him. It also seems ironic that Steve is an architect when he fails to maintain the basics in his rental properties.
Still, he is money hungry making his tenants pay top dollar for below average living conditions. Steve and Janine Barasch have made it their goal to take over San Luis Obispo with their horrible properties. This can be illustrated by a February 2008 county Architectural Review in which Steve Barasch relentlessly tried to build on to one of his properties for more rental income while the entire community tried to stop him.

Welcome
This is a place for all tenants of the abysmal Steve (Stephen) and Janine Barasch to share their stories and experiences living in one of their rental properties. Widely known as the worst landlords in San Luis Obispo (and the United States as a whole) hopefully this blog will serve as an outlet for renters to voice their opinions and complaints to save future renters from the same experiences.
Also if you would like to send them mail directly, their home address is 1697 Sydney San Luis Obispo CA, 93401.
